We approached this holiday not knowing if Cam would dress up, or if he would avoid the holiday like last year. When we would ask him what he wanted to be for Halloween, he never had an answer. Until he saw his construction hat and the decision was made.
First up for the Halloween season is the pet parade at work. Chris came over to see the fun, but Pip wasn’t able to make it. We weren’t sure if Chris could come and I couldn’t handle two kids and a dog in a parade on my own. But we have a costume ready for next year!
Cam enjoyed parading with his good friend Mimi.
A princess and a construction worker, a perfect pair!

Next up on the month’s agenda – finding a pumpkin. It was a bit chilly, but a beautiful sunny day!
Then it was time to carve it. Cam decided we needed a big, scary one with a small, happy one as a friend. Chris was happy to oblige.
Caiden enjoyed the festivities too.
The finished product turned out great!
Cam donned his construction worker (or “worker”) costume once again and got into the spirit of Halloween – the hoarding of candy. But he enjoyed passing it out just as much.
Hope you had as much fun with your ghouls and goblins as we did with ours!
